Assaulted and st lukes behavioral cente

On oct 26 i was assaulted by a staff member name billyray belford who broke my left 8th rib and my left lumbar is destroyed. I did do the greivance on oct 27 08 but they didnt summit them, i did try do one over the phone but was denied to use it. St lukes has made alot of accusations where time or who, it wasnt stamped. They were trying to state i didnt have a broken rib, i have a true medical file for that it states that my 8th rib was broken. They petition me with different storys to be petiton to the state. I am really running out of time i have 15 days to file with supiorl courts, to have to show them the altered medical files and 3 different storys the have told that dont match at all
