Azuma Leasing Appliance Rentals
Unauthorize charges to my credit card and also gave out information on me without authorization. Violated my privacy

Previously leased a washer and dryer from azuma leasing back in nov 07 and gave back machine in aug 09. My story begins on nov 5 when azuma leasing charged my credit card without authorization. I guess they kept my credit card information without my consent and basically committed fraud by charging my account. Do not trust this company. The law states you are not suppose to hold credit cards on files unless you have authorize to do reacuuring billing. Its pretty scary when you do business with a company, you give them back there merchandise and then 4 months later they decide to do a unathorize charge to my account. Its basically fraud what they committed a third degree felony in the state of florida. They also gave out information on the phone without a signed authorization and then 2 weeks later asked for one to be signed after they already abused the Privacy act law. Bottom line if your smart you will not do business with this company.
