Azuma Leasing takes your money and acts like they never got it

I leased a washer and dryer from Azuma in 2004.in 2006 I moved down the street. Azuma Leasing would not allow me to move their appliances even tho I was continuing the service. It took them 3 weeks to pick up the appliances and then another week to redeliver a new set to my new residence in which they charged me another $40 for delivery. I was charged for the 4 weeks I was without any appliance. I went ahead and paid because I needed the appliances. I stayed leasing their equipment up until October. They kept continualy saying they did not recieve my payments yet they were taking the money out of my debit card without permission. I recieved many harassing calls including threats to report the equipment stolen even tho they knew where I lived obviously. They went as far as to call and harrass my elderly mother who lives in another state then me. After months of this they sent people to reposess the equipment without even notifying me. They are still trying to charge me for the equipment even tho they took the money out of my debit card. When you try to call them back they refuse to send any statements and they are very nasty. They hang up when you ask for a supervisor. Anyone considering leasing from them I urge you to save the headache and money and just buy a washer and dryer. I spent over $4000 in the 4 years I rented from them. I could have bought 4 washers and 4 dryers for that price and save the head ache and harassment.
