I will never recommend GMAC products to any customer ever!!! Chris from Brisbane City Branch has no compassion I am sick of the threatening calls at work. He doesn't want to know my current situation and doesn't care all. I am in a very bad financial situation at the moment and have been for some time I have made payments on the loan regularly but not the monthly amount required and I am not that far behind yet he continues to ignore my circumstances and threatens to reposses the car!!! God sake give me a break. I have other loans as well they understand my situation and are working with me I don't get harassed by the other creditors like GMAC they are happy with what I can pay and some loans are behind one month. Wake up to yourself there are times when things go bad in our lives. I call this harassment it is illegal to harass me like this I have told you my circumstances over and over again I will try and clear the outstanding amounts by the end of March. Give me a break.
