I had the same problems with this moving company as others who used this company to move them. I recently moved from Northern California to Aurora, Colorado and had the worst moving experience of my life. First of all, they gave me a very low quote in order to get my business then jacked up the price by triple. They damaged many items, lost a couple of items, were 2 days late for delivery and demanded cash or Money Order upon their arrival. No wonder they want cash, they know they got you by holding all your items if you don't pay in full with cash or Money Order.
Their quote to move me was under $1200, a deal in my opinion but by the time they reached my new home, they charged me $3,700. What a RIP-OFF! Also, they never showed me the weight certificate and it's now been over a month and they still never showed it to me. Therefore, I will sue them and contact the State Attorney General and the California Public Utilities to make a formal complaint against this company. I have sent a claim to Anthem Claim Management, LLC but still haven't heard a thing.
I'm ready to start a Class Action Law Suite against this company, anyone on-board with the same complaints?
