Sahak Sahakians Don't Do business with this guy. Unless you don't like getting paid

Our company designes websites on a monthly bases. Sahak "Ted" Sahakians came to us asking to create a website for his product. He signed the contracts and we were off and running. We created the site and personally helped him set up his e-mail and pay-pal accounts at his office. The first payment for our services went threw but the next payments were rejected. He began to give every excuse in the book and promised payment ASAP, until he disapeared completely.
He seamed like a very nice older man, and I hope this report saves atleast one person of company from losing money doing business with him.
