Vacation Promotion Cancelled package in 30 day window - no response, no refund, no phone number works

I have cancelled the vacation package within the 30 margin (certified mail w / return receipt). So far no refund, when trying to call no numbers work, disconnected or a message that some extension 204 is on the phone - leave a message.

I need assistance, I will file complaints with BBB and Attorney General. Did anybody receive their refund yet. How did you get in touch with anyone from this company.
