Free Vacation Ripoff

I was contacted by phone stating that becuase of my good record with my bank I was chosen to receive a free vacation, all I had to do was look at the package they were sending and think about joining thier travel club. I received a package on 11/20 stating I had until the 24th to cancel the "trial" membership. I called on 11/22 and got a recorded message stating to press 1 to cancel or 2 to accept. I of course pressed one, received a recorded message stating that my membership had been cancelled. Imagine my surprise when they removed the 59.95 from my bank anyway and when I called again got the exact same recorded message. I pressed 0 quite a few times until I was finally connected with Charles who stated that they had not received my request to cancel and gave me an address to request a refund. I am sure I will not receive the refund but I will attempt.
