Vue3Source 99.00 taken out of my account without my authorization

On 11/23/09 there was a charge of $99.00 taken out of my account without my authorization. I called my bank and they gave me number 1-818-255-9978 and spoke with a person that had a weird name and he said he had my IP address and verified all of my pertinent information. I told him that I did not authorize the transaction and he gave me a site to go to www.yoursupportdepartmentform.com and nothing would come up for me to put in a complaint. They basicaly said to bad. I will have to close my account in order to avoid any more charges taken out of my account. I have found several other people complaining about them also, something needs to be done about them.

When I was talking with the man he was telling me that I would received $300.00 in free grocery vouchers and I have a credit line and I can buy products from them. $99.00 is for the membership. I was digging more into their site and I found that under the terms and conditions that in a twelve month span that $14.00 will also be debited from accounts.

So I will have to close my account so they don't get anymore money from me.

I am filing a fraud complaint through my bank on them.
