My Community Legal Network Bad News

I have tried to reason with the person I was dealing with at the office but they will not help or even return my repeated emails or phone calls. I was promised a full refund if I was not able to afford the deal they got for me and I cannot. Now they are completely ignoring me and are not giving me the refund they promised. I tried to give them every opportunity to provide me with a full refund but I guess they thought that ignoring someone is the best way to deal with a customer. I was told repeatedly when they were trying to convince me to try this that I would receive a full refund if I was not satisfied with the outcome or could not afford it. Furthermore I was told that they could get me a really low interest rate and a principal reduction to try to get me into their program and they did not produce either of these results.
