Juno automated speed trap

The town of juno beach, florida has always been known as a speed trap, but now they've taken it a step further. They have an automated camera on us 1 that takes a picture of your vehicle while suposedly recording your speed. My vehicle was photographed and i received a letter at my home with a speeding ticket for $125! One problem... I wasn't driving the vehicle at the time. I was in a totally different city on the day in question. So i guess they just gave an inanimate object a ticket... Real smart, huh? This town, like most others, mismanaged it's budget, so now they're coming up with the slimiest ways possible to fleece the public. They'll not see a dime and are currently the subject of the formation of a class action lawsuit against them.
As a palm beach county native, i have frequented many juno beach businesses over the years to include west marine, capt charlies reef grill, gas stations, juno bait and tackle, the juno pier, to name a few... Well they can and all dry up and blow away!
Boycott juno beach!!!
