Cold stone creamery
NOT cool... - Customer Service

I went to Coldstone Creamery at 4603 Mission Boulevard, Ste 104 in Pacific Beach, San Diego. There were two on duty employees and two off duty employees. They left my friend standing at the register and two of us waiting for over five minutes while they all went into the office, joked around, and texted on cell phones. They then served the off duty employees ahead of me and all ignored me when I asked if I could order, as it was my turn. The off duty employee that cut in front of me gave me a dirty look, as if I he didn't care. I left without any ice cream - loss of business for them. Not cool, guys.
