Theresa/Jane Telephone Harrasment—Rude employees

Over a dozen calls a day but there is never anyone there. Tonight I fought back. I've been on the phone since 6:40 when their call came in. Again, no one there so I called back to them.in the last hour I have been hung up on more times than I can count. Theresa is the person I gave the info to at first. I filed for bankruptcy in March after a year on disability since I could not keep up on payments and my injury has me in a wheelchair on constant medication. I can't sleep because of the calls. I gave the bankruptcy info to Theresa who became verbally abusive. I followed in kind, swearing in frustration, and was hung up on. And so the games begin.

Asking for a supervisor and specifying I wanted to speak to a human being only generated transfers to a general voicemail. Apparently no one there speaks English as this happend over 20 times. At one point Theresa thought she was being smart (something she obviously is not) and SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO THE 407 ETR LINE!!! Next call, she lied and told me her name is Jane. A dozen times I called back and even though there was obviously someone on the line no one said anything. They just hung up on me. The last time I spoke to someone and they again put me to voicemail I did leave a message detailing the entire evening's calls and demanding that they pull calls and phone stats for this evening and call me back tomorrow. I tried one last time after that. I call, it rang, phone was answered and no one said anything. I told them to have some balls and say something. With no word, I was transferred to voicemail. I told them to pull the call that lead to me being transferred to voicemail. I also want a verbal and written appology from Theresa. Rude, unprofessional, ignorant. That's her.

I was constantly being called by my first name. I told Theresa that she was not given permission to call me by my first name and told her to call me Mrs. M... She deliberately and tauntingly continued to call me by my first name.
Being disabled, I have a ton of free time on my hands. They started a fight with the wrong person. I will be filing a report with anyone and everyone who will listen.
