Dear Sir/Ma, i signed up for the acai berry detox and colon cleanse free trials which totalled a sum of 4 pounds. I paid via my bank acc visa card with lloyds bank. To the best of my knowledge i signed up for free trials and was not aware of any further payment. The organization debited my acc of money with notice or authorization before debiting my acc. The package was received buy me and all was well until yesterday when i checked my acc balance and noticed 148 pounds was missing from my acc and i could not explain it. Upon investigation with the bank, it was found out that my acc was debited by beauty sculpt, i still could not explain it until it was made known to me that it was via the free trials of the above product. I dont have any contact address or email of viv3 ltd. I would like to know what steps can be made to cancel any payment and get a refund. Thanks in anticipation of your reply
