Promises of refunds only to be told you don't qualify

I bought a diet aid from GNS, Inc know as Slim Seduction, taking advantage of their introductory offer. Shortly after, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was unable to use their product. I had my surgery shortly after the diagnosis and was unable to contact them to cancel any and all orders. I tried to explain this to them, but they didn't care and refused to refund me my money. I turned them into the BBB who suggested we meet half way and asked if I was in agreement. I told them, "NO", but the company sent half anyway. I have been fighting with them since to get the rest of my refund and they are purposely ignoring my calls and emails. Do not use any of this companies products.in fact, avoid the company completely or you will be ripped off as well.
