Master Tentaka fraudulent transaction on the internet

I recently purchased a membership to a site hosted on your network.
I received a login but it did work. I informed the webmaster (using two e mail address)
and the credit card processing company but received no reply.

I have emailed them on a further four occasions but again without reply.
The money has been taken from my account but I have not received a working password.

I have tried ringing but get no answer. They do not appear to respond to any form of communication.
They are at best unprofessional, at worst scam artists.
I really thought the net had got rid of the cowboys and scum.
