Problems with Magic Jack

When itworks it works well - however. Almost every call results in other party complaining about "clicking", which causes dropouts in the conversation. I have stopped using Magic Jack for this reason. My internet is Comcast (average download speed measured by SpeakEasy at 18.7 megabits per second.)
