Steal Money from my bank account for 8 months to a year and when I attempted to log onto the site it repeated tell me I am not a paying member but they are collecting 12.99 to 13.80 every month

I have attempted to log into this site to download my music and each time it would tell me i'm not a paying member i'm on one of their free accounts. So my response to this is if I am on a free account why are you debbitting my bank account 12.99 cents every month.

The response I get back from them was i'm sorry you are having problems logging in and we have reset your pass word and credit your accout 12.99 cents.

No that is not good enough I want my 105.00 dollars back for no service.

I don't know whatelse i'm suppose to do with this please help me
