Do yourself a favor, avoid Onc Comm if you depend on your phone service to maintian your business. Not only did we get answeres like "we can't do anything about those dropped calls" to it's beyond our control that you've been without phones for days, multiple times. Then when you try to cancel due to lack of service you get hit with a $3500 cancelation fee.
