VICTIM OF A 6-day run of $35 FEES

I am outraged that Bank of America will not bend one inch on the fact that I was charged $280 within a span of 6 days for $35 overdraft fees. I know that people have written that they have been charged much more. But, for me, $280 is a lot of money.in this economy, I am scraping by on a little-more than minimu wage poart time job and public assistance. $280 is like a brick of gold to me. What happened is that I got a medical diagnosis that week and had to see a number of speciualists and was on medication - and for the first time - did not check my bank balance in a week, thinking I was covered for things Then a some small regular charges came in, and all that week I was using my card at Grand Central Station for commuter tickets AND THEY WENT THRU DESPITE 9WHAT I LATE FOND OUT) WAS THAT I HAD A NEGATIVE BALANCE. I could have corrected this immediately because I had a couple of checks I could have deposited. So, I foind out my huge overdraft when I finally make a deposit. NO OFFICER IN TWO BRANCHES WOULD BUDGE - AND ONE LIED TO ME, SAYING THAT THERE WAS A PROGRAM ONLINE FOR PEOPLE IN ECONOMIC HARDSHIP - but they are for people with no jobs.

What can be done about this? Is there any lawyer out there willing to supervise a class action lawsuit against this f - g bank?
