Deliberate Non-Care

I have had ongoing problems with TennCare and DHS; I thought I had finally found a good doctor, and he did figure out what all of my symptoms were and gave me his diagnosis; I have not been able to get a neurologist to do anything except purposely deny me any help or care. The latest problem is getting foot braces that my doctor gave me a prescription for, and the office staff of Dr. Aziz are responsible for the holdup. I have been subjected to constant abuse, name-calling, being on the receiving end of these medical people's personal issues, everything except getting the tests I need done. The last neurologist I went to told me that "they didn't like to diagnose what I was showing signs of because they couldn't treat it". I am tired of being subjected to a constant run-around because some people at certain agencies are throwing pout fits. Is there any help out there?
