Aziz is a FRAUD COMPANY

Do not trust Club Navigo. Every agent in this company is a liar. Do not listen to them since they promise you anything you want and it turns out to be a huge lie. First of all, the agent Aziz told us that we have 30 day to cancel the contract. For real it is just 10 days. Then, he said that we do not have to participate in the lecture every time we visit Florida or St. Croix and it is not true too. You have to participate 90 minutes lecture every single time you visit them. Also Aziz told us that we can make reservation any time we want and they always have dates available for us since we are the valuable customers. Lie. I called them 3 days in a row 6 months before the date that I needed; they never have anything available for the dates I asked in any location. They only have available the dates when it is just impossible to travel (hurricane, storms). Customer service in Club Navigo is horrible. It is absolutely pointless to call them because they do not help you at all. Every time the agent put you on hold for 30 minutes, then comes back and tells you that it is not available. When I asked them to tell me when it is available they told me that the system didn't give this information and they need exact dates, which turns out to be unavailable. This is a fraud company! They exist to stole your money. Beware of Club Navigo. Do not fall on what they offer you. Be smarter than us! I wish I read reviews from other people before I came there.
