Suspicion of Fraud

Ater purchasing gasoline at this location, i walked into the store and asked the attendant to check my ticket for me. When he placed the ticket in the machine the bells went off and lights were flashing; i asked how much i won he said two dollars gave me the money and i left but i suspected that something was not right. After speaking to another lottery vendor about the incident, i learned that alarm bells and lights don't flash if winnings are only two dollars.
