As if spending a bunch of money on luxuries like maintaining nails during a recession isn't bad enough, this place is THE WORST experience I have ever had. You can only overlook things so many times. During the course of about five months I experienced the following by all workers (except by the sweet old lady who owns the place and hires her snobby Vietnamese family): consistent unwelcoming attitude, ignoring you when filing gets hot, no "hello", no chat, no eye contact, no "good-bye", no "thank you" for tips, you feel like you are invading their clique and they act like they are doing you a favor. The male workers hang out in the pub next door all day. The front desk guy is a young adult thug who blows-up, swears and threatens people because he cannot schedule apts. And do payment transactions at the same time. He wont seem upset, next you know he is in your body space huffing. Then without remorse or apology for unprofessionalim will further insult you by refusing further service to you and threaten to possibly "kick your ass" if you plan to warn others about the nature of this business. Only thing to do to recover integrity is to warn others and be prepared to call the police for protection.
