New Nails
Poor customer service and unsanitary

I went in the business of "New Nails" and requested that I would like to take my nails off and get clear gel on my nails. I already had acrylic but no longer wanted that but wanted gel. A man was helping me. I sat down and he proceeded to take my acrlyic off. He was using cuticle clippers to take my acrlyic off but it was hurting I advised him it hurt he then went a got a bowl that was dirty and started soaking my nails in acetone. I soaked for about 2 minutes then a women employee came over and started doing the same thing clipping them with cuticle clippers I advised her that it hurt a little so she told me to still soak she got up from the chair and went to the back of business reading a paper 2 minutes went by again then the employee male proceeded to sand my nails with the tool they use to remove the acrylic once finished he soaked my hands again as I was soaking my nails in the bowl I discovered an OLD NAIL that had already been in the bowl. I advised him of this and he said the bowl was not dirty I then said well why is there a dirty nail in the bowl. He then started to sand my nails again to remove the acrylic I said "please don't hurt me" he said I am not going to hurt you to trust him. But I didn't really trust him because he already had an attidude like he din't want to do the services I had ask him to do. The female employee came over standing over his shoulder and said "he will just take your old nails off and you can go somewhere else. I then said "okay "but was upset of how I was being treated when I came to give them my business. When I say upset I mean crying. So when this happened they said "just go, leave, dont come back " with my nails all messed up. I advised them that I will never come back here again nor will I send my friends here. His response was GOOD. As I was walking out I advised them I will be reporting this to the better business bureau he still was irate with no apology or sorry for the inconvience. He was yelling and cursing saying inappropriate things. I had called the police to see what I should do and the officer told me to report it to the BBB and get a civil case against them. I did go elsewhere and was treated like a customer is supposed to be treated. Also with clean supplies not dirty.
