Akron Good Year
Replacement - GOOD YEAR TIRE

Miscellaneous

On 09/11/08 I bought four Eagle GT-HR tires from Good Year. The first problem was when Grismer dealer installed them on my van, it start twisting on the road. The technician told me that one tire has a broking belt. So, I had to take time off from my work a second time to go replace the bad tire. The second problem starts when I took my van to dealer for tire rotation. It starts Pulling to the right. Grismer technician said “NEW TIRES HAVE RADIAL PULL” I called Good Year Customer Service, they send me to a Good Year dealer in Dayton to see what will be his opinion. He said same thing “The tires are not good, ” and he advice me to get Good Year Assurance tires. After experiencing these problems I don’t want to keep the EAGLE tires. I spook with Good Year manager Mr. Patrick. He said I have to pay for the difference between the Eagle tires and Assurance tires witch is $150. With out taking in consideration how much time and money I spent to figure out the problem with the tires. I explained to him that I can’t pay for the difference at the moment. He doesn’t want to cooperate to resolve this issue. I hope that Good Year responsible don’t make me fell sorry because I bought good year tires. I would like Good Year to pay the $150 of the difference between the tires I have now and the one the good year’s salesman advice me to get. Because it cost me more then that between paying for the service to figure out the problem and the working time I missed.
