I ordered a Punch hho system for $199.00 plus $15.00 for shipping. When I received the package, i decided that I did not want it and sent an e-mail requesting a return authorization. I received an e-mail back from Tom Punch saying that once it is shipped and received you can not return it. No explaination why. Yet if you go to the web site disclaimer, it states that you will receive a refund with in 5 days after they receive the product and it is inspected. Since I have not opened the package or even looked at it, the product is in the same package that they sent it in. This is a rip off for anyond doing business with this company.
