I saw an their site mentioned in a magazine and was in the market for hair extensions. I was very very unsure because I did not want anyone to know that I wear extensions. I went ahead and gave them a try, after calling and speaking extensively with a customer service rep. I do not know here name but her was very helpful and did not try to sell me anything and was not pushy at all. She just answered ALL my questions. I did not place the order right away, but I was blown away by the service and the pictures looked so good. A week later, I crossed my fingers and ordered online. Within 4 days, my order arrived, I opened the package and I was amazed. The hair looked exactly as it does in the pictures. I ordered the sultry clip in bangs and clip in hair extensions in straight 22'. They look very natural and no one knows I am wearing extensions, because they are seriously natural looking. So I just wanted to share my experience. I will be ordering in the near future for myself (again) and several of my friends.
