Collector Claims My Son Owes 774 for I-Satellite He Never Had

My son was charged by this company and never had I satellite in his credit report they even have his name wrong it says he owes this company $774.00... I have tried to call this company and I can't even seem too get a real phone number for them... Can someone help me with this... in fact the address they have for him is mine and he was not living in mass at the time of these charges... Thank you Tammy
