St. Pete, FL slumlord trying to avoid lawsuit by trying to lure tenant to buy drugs! Corruption

I have written the past few reports on Mrs. Rebecca Joyer but had to change my email address. I was just informed that, because Rebecca Joyer cannot find any other way to evict me to keep from facing a lawsuit, she has literally installed small cameras on two lightpoles facing where I sit outside my door and has given a bottle of Vicodin to another tenant here, telling him if he can get me on camera, buying the drugs, then she can have a reason to kick me out!!!

I do not believe this person!!!

I have never sold nor bought any drugs my entire life, nor would I!!!

My landlord knew I was being seen at a pain management clinic and treated for severe pain after two assaults which occured in my apartment after repreated requests to have a peephole installed. I won't go into the rest it is in the other reports... I could write a book. It is all so ridiculous.

Is this LEGAL FOR HER TO SPY ON ME???
And all for nothing???
