Says It will pay out even if you are a free member and does not do it. When it comes time to pay, there is no pay out button

When you sign up at Sweet PTR. They tell you that you will be paid when you reach $5000.00. Well I reached it and there is no pay out button to be paid. I emailed them several times and they do not even answer email. Please post this everywhere.
