Charged my credit card without my authorization

Ordered trail supply of their products and was later billed and shipped two months supply of theeir products without my authorization. Called Wells Fargo Credit Co. And they called them and were told that there was a 15 day period in which I should have canceled the order. Wells Fargo said they would cancel one order but I would have to Pay for the Other. How do they get away with this shady Practice?
