The flowers never arrived - but my credit card was charged

he keeps telling me to call an 0800 number which does not work form the USA. I email back explaining that this number does not work for overseas - I have requested a credit back to me credit card - but have heard nothing Also the web site has another number for overseas to call but nobody ever answers - even when I call during working hours UK time - I do strongly believe this has to be a scam site and do not want anyone else to be disappointed as I was
