Category? Why Miscellaneous? Nothing listed for shopping on Live TV... I have purchased items from JTV, SNBC, and DSN.
Results? Some good, some bad. I returned one ring to JTV diamonds had chips, and cracks. Because it was a gift from my husband. I called customer service, and asked for a replacement of the same ring.instead of returning for our money back. They were quick to respond, and made it right with me. The replacement ring was of far better quality, and they also gave me a 20% discount towards my next purchase. Have purchased faceted-gem-parcels from them. Some of the gems were of poor quality. However the good out weighed the bad, and made the parcels worth keeping. As for SNBC, and DSN? Purchases from them were satisfactory. No complaints. I know there's a lot of hubub about some of the television, and on-line shopping places. Everyone has a sales pitch these days! Jack-In-The-Box, Wal-Mart, Car Company's etc. Just plain common sense tells us buyer beware. If your unhappy with a purchase contact the company, or send it back for refund with your complaint. You couldn't pay me to shop on-line! Sites can be there today, and gone tomorrow! Enough said about that topic. If you buy sight un-seen, and no-hands-on. You'll always find there will be both Good, and Bad
