Blaming postoffice for me not recieving my order

I ordered 1 book from them 9/13/09. It has not arrived to me yet, but they got their money the next day. I am still waiting. I rated them a 1 out of 5. They keep e-mailing me to change the rating so their service will not deplete, i told them no, they said if i got a refund would that help me to change the rating i told them no. It has been well over 1 month and no purchase has arrived. Still have not gotten a refund either.
On their site at first it says 92% will arrive by 09/23 now that that date has come and gone it says 92% will arrive by 10/12/09
i will fill a complaint with the bbb also.
Find another source to order from.
