Consuelo Villegas Court employee using access to goverment records and resources to help commit fraud, theft, and perjury resulting in personal financial gain

Connie Villegas holds a clerical position in Special Civil, Monmouth County Court, Freehold, NJ. She may also be working as a court translator. My ex-husband (whom I'm glad to have gotten rid of) was having an affair with her while we were still married and living together and she knew he had two children. She has no concern for their welfare. She used her position and her legal connections to help my former spouse steal every asset belonging to me and my family that he can get his hands on. He has submitted false documents to the court, has repeatedly made false statements under oath, and even falsified his tax returns in an attempt to avoid paying child support.

Connie Villegas used taxpayer resources to prepare his court document request to discontinue child support payments. The amount he was already obligated to pay was below the norm for his income because he was already falsifying his pay. He claims he is not working, no longer with his employer of 19 years - yet his expenses are over $4,000 monthly. This includes $100 expense for gifts to others, $100 monthly for travel, there's publications, clothing, restaurants... It goes on. Yet he hasn't sent a penny to feed his children for months!!! He opened envelopes from their grandmother and took, no STOLE, the money intended for our children!!!

Connie Villegas, his live-in girlfriend, is a government employee who handles small claims lawsuits, and she is using her position and her access to government records to give him an advantage in our divorce case. She is helping him hide his income and assets and helping him locate every loophole available to get a legal advantage.

Is it a coincidence that I was at the losing end of a landlord-tenant dispute? I'm wondering who directed the tenants to file in Small Claims/Special Civil when it is under the jurisdiction of landlord tenant court? Is it also a coincidence that all the records, transcripts and audio files of the case are missing?

Connie Villegas has been using taxpayer supported resources for her own personal gain. She has spent countless hours on personal phone calls during working hours, even when she was being paid OVERTIME for evening work!

If someone has a case in Small Claims that hasn't been properly processed or documented, or if you spoke with someone who was real nasty and short tempered, check and see if it was Connie Villegas who was working on it. You were probably disturbing her while she was on her personal calls or working using taxpayer dollars to help her boyfriend steal from me and continue to defraud the government. She should be fired for using government resources for personal gain.
