The is the story of a con artist and fraudster by the name of Paul Alexander Crossley, born Allen Paul Villegas and from what I understand is using the name Paul Vegas as an alias now which is a spinoff of the name Villegas in which the L's are silent.

He is wanted for questioning in numerous fraudulent activities. He is is 45 years old born November 13th, 1963 and is of hispanic origin but he will tell you he is white. He is a financial predator and he is searching for his next victim or series of victims. He rips off everyone that has hired him for a job by stealing tools and equipment.

I have sued him for Fraud and Breach of Contract, proved it in a court of law and as of this moment he is in contempt of court for failure to show to a deposition that was scheduled for January 6th of this year.

He has run and is hiding like the coward he is. He is changing cell phone numbers faster than he can change his underware but is currently active searching for victims of his next scheme or scam.

He induces and sets people up under false pretenses, fraudulent documents and fraudulent contracts with no intention, on his part, of honoring any legal document and or transaction. I held him to task almost two years ago and it is not over yet.

He has done the same thing to a minister and his wife from Livonia, Michigan while he defrauded me at the same time after I had accused him of fraud in a lawsuit and had him under stipulation order. The U.S. Department of Justice shut him down in February of last year. We have uncovered what we think is massive fraud and miscellaneous other crimes.

His only purpose is to steal money from people with good credit that he induces under fraudulent documents and business contracts who can get bank loans for his fraudulent businesses activities then he embezzles the money which is indirect bank robbery. He also steals from insurance companies, utility companies, the State of Michigan, the Federal Government and any other entity, person and means he can think of.

This person is not beholden to any law, Judge, probation officer, conscience nor does this person exhibit any sense of moral obligation or duty to the people he defrauds, his kids, his county or any other entity.

He creates fraudulent companies used to steal utilities, money and to commit tax fraud and uses other people to do so under false pretenses.

He is a drunk and a drug addict as proven by his criminal record and is very smart about his fraudulent activities by hiding behind laws that he exploits and then ignores at the same time challenging the people he defrauds to use legal means then runs like a scared little girl.

He is a coward, a criminal and a real greasy dirtbag. Beware anyone getting anywhere near this guy, he leaves nothing but destruction in the wake of anybody's life that he has been near.

This is a criminal and a coward that is not only begging to go to prison but sorely needs to be in prison to protect good hard working Americans and businesses that fall victim to this low life.

He is known to use the yahoo personals website, myspace, facebook and also Craigs List looking for new victims to defraud by his schemes, cons and other fraudulent activities.
