Charged me for magazines that were to be free

I received a flier in the mail stating that i could pick any magazine i wanted for
free. But my credi card / debit card was charged and when i called the lady i
spoke with told me she was cancelling the orders for the magazines, but i still
keep gettiong charges for them.
