Price matching - Complaints

I can understand that we have to bring the newspaper adds in to prove it is actual. I went into on of your stores and was told that the item was not the same brand. I went to the front end mgr. And was told no price match because they had their discount card emblem next to my item..
No. 2 question i was told by the store mgr. That pharmacy polices are not in her control. The situation here was they would not give a price quote before purchase. Saw people just walk out. May i get an email on these subjects thank you joe
