Peggy Love is a con artist, I know of several company's here in WV where she has requested a service to be provided to her, then when the service is nearly complete she will fire them and do the finishing touches herself so she doesnt have to pay for it. DO NOT! Accept this woman as your client or you will not get paid for the services you re offering. If you do take her on as a client make sure you get paid 0 UP FRONT.
