Trashed material then lied about it

Our delivery agent employed SAIA Motor Shipping to ship a pallet of strong bamboo plywood to some client in Chicago. I got many digital images of the pallet of plywood WITHIN THE SAIA VEHICLE and sent it towards the client and cc'ed delivery agent your day it quit my store.

Per week later my client emails me having a picture of the pallet they obtained and stated that SAIA ruined the pallet and ruined a page of plywood. This material is costly, and so I requested SAIA to pay my client $117 for that linen of ruined plywood.

They declined, stating the substance wasn't broken

I asked them to research plus they re-mentioned they didn't harm my clients substance.

I've photos of the substance departing and my client has photos of the substance they got, it is beyond apparent the SAIA driver LIED.

I confronted them with small-claims plus they provided me $65

I told them to stuff-it, that I've informed my delivery agent never to utilize them again. I've previously cost them countless $ in missing agreements, so that as time moves they'll drop hundreds.
