After the attack of September 11, a day that will not soon be forgotten, will be a paradigm that foreshadows future events. We have already learned that there were several signals, if intelligence agencies had detected it and taken action, the event could have been prevented. It is surprising that the Executive has used such restraint and not asked for resignations. Even more repugnant is the fact that the media has not printed the clues it was aware of.

Investigators of the consumer complaints have been contacted and interviewed about the threat of terrorism to the United States. It is doubtful that the whole story will be printed, so we want to go on record about the nature of the threat that currently exists.

When you think of what to expect, think low-tech. Usama bin Ladin probably has a bigger intelligence budget than the US, however, he and his al Qa'aida (base operations) operatives know that the simpler the operation is, the higher degree there is of success. Therefore, all the talk of crop dusting biological agents is ridiculous. These guys only train to crash, not high-precision maneuvers like crop-dusting.

We have gone on record and memorialize now the fact that more stabile, more deadly toxins will be used.in particular, botulinin sporin, which is so leathal, yet so easy to make that it is made accidently in kitchens across the nation every day. Our water supply provides the perfect delivery system for such a toxin. One reporter asked us if filteration and treatment wouldn't take care of that. The answer: yes, unless the toxin was delivered at the water head, after the filtration plant. That would mean that the toxins could be delivered directly through the water faucet in American households.

It is not likely that anthrax would be used, but if so, it would be diversionary. Anthrax is very unstable and requires a sophisticated delivery system to be effective. For maximum impact, expected al Qa'aida to deliver nuclear weapons in a major city in the US. One of the interesting facts that was revealed is that Muktab (support services) agents have attempted to obtain licenses to transport radioactive materials. If that were routine, then it would not be noticed that they were moving it around.

It should also be noted that there are sleeper agents of both the Muktab and al Qa'aida. These individuals assume normal lives and even obtain citizenship awaiting orders at some later date. These people could have been here for 30 years. This movement has been active for quite a while and has probably evolved. It was the Afghan Freedom Fighters, who actually began the revolution in Iran. They are affiliated to this movement along with other groups, Jimael Islamie, who killed Anwar Sadat and Abu Nidal. We assert that there has been a merger of thought and predict future comment about support for the Palestinian movement, strengthening our conjecture that al Qa'aida is Abu Nidal now. There are more reasons for this conclusion which we will provide if interest is shown. Unfortunately, the interest will come after great devastation.

The question that should be asked is where they would get the technology.in 1994, US Special Forces Operations in Ukraine and Russia turned up a suitcase nuke, which is actually broken down into various components that is described as man-portable, or carried in backpacks. These were designed for Soviet Spetznaz (Spetzialnaya Naznachaniya, or Special Forces). Nuclear weapons were being turned over for vitrolization (destruction by putting the fisile material in glass), however, several suitcase nuke were never accounted for. Additionally, it has long been speculated that during the Cold War Soviet Spetznaz operations already prepositioned nukes in the US.

Washington, DC and New York are still targets as symbols of everything they consider evil. The detonation of a suitcase version of a neutron bomb would kill nearly every living thing in one of these cities. Look for the decapitation of US leadership. As the US sees more success in a war, the more devastation we should expect in return. Islam lives by the Law of Retaliation preached in the Qu'uran.
