A very credible source of information for the consumer complaints returned to Phoenix from Columbus, Ohio yesterday, September 10, after attending a funeral there. Our informer had a layover in Cincinnati, Ohio and waited at Gate 18 for the departure of his flight from Gate 19, Delta flight 1629. The flight did not depart until 4:40 P.M. That same day and our informer noticed a group of Middle Eastern men and women gathered near our informer, who joked silently that they could be terrorists. (The consumer complaints does not endorse prejudice but only mentions this as a reality of the individual thought process.)
Our source was later surprised when one of the middle eastern men boarded his flight and sat only a few rows forward of his position on the right side of the aircraft in an aisle seat, probably seat 30D to 36D. The man had facial hair, perhaps a Van Dyke, and was well coiffed. He wore dark slacks, gray shirt and a gray beret. He had no carry-on luggage. It is not known whether or not he had any checked luggage.
This man was primarily with a group of distraught women, one of whom kept pacing. There were about 5 to 7 woman and the center of attention was the pacing woman. This woman wore a yellow khimar with a small pattern, perhaps with flowers and had a musty gold trim along the bottom edge, (which is dress that cover from the neck to the feet only exposing the hands). She wore a matching hijab, square hood style, (which is the head covering), but wore no niqaab, (or face covering). She was also nearly barefooted, wearing only a tan lace sandal that barely covered the bottom of her toes and arch.
This woman was obviously very upset and paced back and forth noticeably. Occasionally, she was joined by a woman with a white khimar and matching turban style hijab. She appeared to console the pacing woman, although all the women were crying from time to time. Our source opined that the source of their consternation had something to do with the man that went on the flight to Phoenix. The women's apparel appeared to be hand-made and were of various hues. They wore light gray, ivory and gold, but these were the other colors that were noticed.
The group appeared also to be accompanied by another 3 or 4 men. They had moustaches, wore dark shirts and slacks, but wore no ties. They stood 15 to 20 steps away and interacted minimally with the women and talk mostly among themselves.
The consumer complaints recognizes that this may be information that may provide valuable information in the solving of the horrific crimes of devastation that were committed. We are attempting to contact with law enforcement and news agencies and will cooperate fully if we obtain additional information.
Again, the consumer complaints does not endorse prejudice but only mentions this as a reality of the individual thought process.
