Horrible Service

This place is horrible, I have gone there a number of times and theres is always an excuse for the services I need. Once I went to reload my Netspend pre-paid card and they told me it was closed... But then again they have a huge sign that says 24 hours outside. Another I went for Western Union and they told me they couldent do it for me either... Besides the fact that they always have huge lines that I had to wait in. Dont recommend this place at all!
