Kronos Glow Products
They ripped me off

Miscellaneous

I purchased a hair care product that did not work. I followed the instructions and used for 14 days I seen no difference.
I called for RMA# to return the product and I was told that my credit card would not be charged I returned the product the very next day.
I received my credit card staement and there was a charge on there for this product.
I contact the comapny and spent 35 minutes with one person and then another 15 minutes with someone that was to be a supervisor. They told me they did not recieve my package but they would give me a store credit they could not credit my credit card account.
I then ask for the corpoation office phone# they told me that number was not to be given out and that I was already speaking to that office. Ha made no sense to me.
I notified my credit card company and opened up a dispute case. They are trying to get this handled for me.
This company should be sued for fast advertisement and credit card fraud by charging credit cards that should have not.
Can you say RIP OFF.
