Want to apply for a job there, but I can't. I am discriminated against all because I received one DWI almost 3 years ago

I wanted to apply for a job a Luther Automotive. But I can't. I can't apply for a job at any dealership. All because Of my driving record. I recieved a DWI almost 3 years ago. And I had a speeding ticket about 4 years ago. But what does that have to do with working at a dealership. Yea I may drive a car into the shop. And around the parking lot. But I am not taking any of them on a road trip or even delivering any of them. And not only that. I am not applying for a mechanics job. That job is the only part that they would have to drive the car. I want to apply for a sales or customer service job. I won't be driving a car doing them. So why can they be aloud to discriminate against people like that. That is unfair and should be against the EEOC. These businesses should be heavily find for it and should have to hire at least 2 people with bad driving records. That goes with any job that discriminates against a driving record. During the hiring process, You will experiance,

Multiple interviews
a criminal background check
an employment background check
a drug screen

A motor vehicle record check
No suspended drivers licenses
No reckless driving or DWI/DUI convictions within the last five years
No more than three moving violations in a three year period

This is not a good reason to not be considered for a position.
I think something should be done about this. Badly and Fast.
