Callings sears service for our commercial washer was one of the worst experience i have had recently. First it took me three calls to get someone to set an appointment. Then it took six days to get someone here. Then they did not have the parts. They had to order them. We had five machines that were serviced. The repair person did not give our person a receipt. I tried calling the 800 number that we were given and it took close to ten minutes first time. I was then put on hold for six minutes. At that time i just hung up. Sears you do not have very good service. The person that i spoke with was very hard to understand. Lee Fowle
