NATIONAL PLATNIUM SERVICES fraudulently charged my Credit Card without

I am a victim of Internet Fraud from National Platinium they charged my CC for $14.00 and then for $99.95 a day before Labor Day when I was going to the bank to withdraw funds. I was not able to withdraw the money I needed at 5:00pm the are closed and I was stuck until Tuesday after Labor Day. I tried to call them and got voicemail and a machine until i kept pressing Operator. I finally got someone, I asked who they were and why did they charge my Credit Card, as I did not order or approve anyone to charge my Credit Card, I did not purchase anything on the Internet nor approve of these charges, the guy began to tell me that I have joined a Membership to get over $10K in saving on merchandise. "What"!!! In this economy who would spend $10K in merchandise, I asked him how he got my Credit Card information, I did not sign up or join any services and wanted to be removed or Cancel this, He said "Too Bad" we do not refund. I am still researching how they got my Credit Card number, I assume my account was a victim of a internet Hacker. I informed him that I was going to report this to my bank as Internet Fraud and dispute this charge, he rudely said go ahead and try we have your IP Address. I am now in the process of Disputing these charges, the bank froze my account from us and now I have to wait 7- days to get a response to get my money refunded. I never opened up an email from them, got anything in the mail, approved a charge of got a call from anyone from this National Platinium Service. I am so upset that this happened I have been back tracking to see how they got my information. It was obviously stolen by National Platnium. You would think they would have sent me an email welcome to National Platinium... No redflag, No notice or approval. I think with the tough economy companies are now stealing money on the internet!
