Not accepting Bottle Return Slips

I recently did some container results in the Utica Walmart and forgot to make use of the slides their after I looked. I simply visited the Oneida walmart and chose to utilize them for my purchases. They declined to make use of them. Stated that it had been "the Oneida store Plan" they wouldn't consider the slides from another shop. I believe this is rediculous. These were walmart slides... They must be ready to become utilized at ANY Walmart.
