This location is one run by Jerry Levan also of Optimus Property Management, Solar Siting llc and Bromont Prop Mangement. He runs all these companies, or rather moves them around to provide a veil for his illicit activities.
I recommend not renting, leasing any commercial space from any of these companies or at this location. He has driven good tenants out and has underhanded dealings as well. He treats his people horribly and is a racist as well. He only hires anglos and discriminates against people of color.
